As a presenter, DanceWorks has been dedicated to create meaningful exchange between dance artists and audiences, centered around live theatrical performances.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how performing artists, and their audiences can safely gather together, but our dedication to artistic exchange remains. We are modifying our presentation format, but holding strong to our commitment to dance creation and public appreciation of dance artists and their work.
We are pleased to announce that digital stories centered on Mainstage series artists Hanna Kiel/Human Body Expression and Natasha Powell/Holla Jazz are currently in process.
We look forward to sharing with you online portraits of these artists and their latest pieces, which were scheduled to premiere onstage in 2020 and 2021.
