Hail and Farewell

This summer we see staff changes at DanceWorks.

DanceWorks bids a fond farewell to long serving General Manager, Rosslyn Jacob-Edwards, who is retiring this summer. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Rosslyn for 30+ years of dedicated service and countless contributions to the organization. She has lived her passion in arts management, with creativity, strength, and elegance!

We are delighted to welcome Neetika Sharma, who is stepping into the part time role of General Manager. Neetika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is Program/Operations Manager at CaribbeanTales Inc. A passionate dance artist and an active community member, Neetika is interested in bringing positive social change and promoting equity through arts management.

THANK YOU TO OUR FUNDERS, SPONSORS & DONORS

Donors are the heart of our season.

We acknowledge the Toronto/Tkaronto as One Dish One Spoon Indigenous territory. We honour the ancestral caretakers of this land: the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Wendat and most recently the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation who have a Treaty relationship with Canada. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work in their community, on this territory. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future.
