Join Eilish 미정 Shin-Culhane and Jose Miguel ‘Miggy’ Esteban on June 14th, 2026 for three Sweet Ephemera Workshops at The Theatre Center.
Workshop 1: Somatic Pilates with Eilish 미정 Shin-Culhane
12:00pm - 1:00pm
Offering a combination of pilates exercises and guided improvisation, this class will allow you to connect deeply to your body and breath. Open to everyone, ages 16+.
Workshop 2: pursuing pahinga, choreographing rest with Jose Miguel ‘Miggy’ Esteban
1:15pm - 2:15pm
Join Miggy in exploring their choreographic and improvisational practices of pursuing mad/crip/queer/disaporic gestures of rest. Consisting of somatic meditations, guided improvisations, and poetic writing, this workshop welcomes all creative expressions through movement and/or stillness. Open to everyone, ages 16+.
Workshop 3: Peel Me Repertory with Eilish 미정 Shin-Culhane
2:30pm - 3:30pm
In this offering, dancers will play with tasks and modes developed throughout the choreographic process of Peel Me. Eilish will also teach a phrase of repertory from the upcoming world premiere. Open to experienced movers, ages 16+.
Workshops are pay-what-you-can $15-$45.
