is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montreal working as a performer, choreographer, and creative director. A graduate of the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal, she also has training in dramatic arts, which informs her performative approach. Moving between stage contexts and artistic events, her practice unfolds across dance, theatre, fashion, and the visual arts. Within this, she develops a physical language that is at once athletic, intuitive, and expressive, where the body becomes a space of transformation and tension between control and release. Through her creations, including Tracking (Best Work in an Urban Context Award, Quartiers Danses Festival) and Dyneema (Futur Danse, La danse sur les routes du Québec), she builds sensitive, embodied worlds driven by a search for authenticity and evolution. Her work is structured around an exploration of movement as a vehicle for identity, presence, and metamorphosis.

completed her Diploma in Choreographic Studies at the Conservatoire de Rennes in 2019. Driven by a desire to explore new artistic horizons, she moved to Québec to pursue a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Dance Performance at École de danse de Québec (EDQ), which she completed in 2022. Today, as an emerging artist, Jo actively contributes to the development of contemporary dance in Québec City and Montréal, collaborating with companies such as AP&A, Alan Lake Factori(e), Andrew Skeels, and Parts+Labour. Through these collaborations, she continues to deepen her practice of partnering work and the exploration of physical and emotional states. Her background in contemporary dance, ballet, and Baladi is enriched by diverse influences, ranging from urban dance concepts to acrobatic floorwork. Her artistic signature has been shaped by hybridity, dialogue between genres, and connections with disciplines related to dance, including music, visual arts, costume design, and scenography. Blurring the boundaries between dance and performance, she creates a universe in which the body becomes a medium for total expression.

trained at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre before traveling across Europe on a Chalmers Arts Fellowship, working with various international artists. As an independent dancer, she collaborated in Toronto with Michael Trent and Matjash Mrozewski, then in Montreal with Isabelle Van Grimde and Jean-Pierre Perreault, before joining O Vertigo from 2004 to 2010. Returning to freelance work, she developed long-standing artistic relationships with Mélanie Demers (MAYDAY), Jacques Poulin-Denis (Grand Poney), Frédérick Gravel (Grouped'ArtGravelArtGoup), Caroline Laurin-Beaucage, Martin Messier, Montréal Danse, and Daniel Léveillé Danse, and more recently with Parts+Labour, Helen Simard and Roger White. Her path has also led her to Une fin, by Sébastien David, with Théâtre PAP, and to an ongoing practice of movement coaching for theatre. Her work now extends to teaching performance and improvisation at UQAM and EDCM, where she shares her approach to inhabiting bodies, worlds, and roles. She has been transmitting the repertoire of MAYDAY and Frédérick Gravel since 2010, while continuing to support her long-time collaborators as a rehearsal director. Mother of nine-year-old twins, Brianna draws constant inspiration from the ever-shifting search for balance between motherhood and artistic life, a dynamic that continually fuels her curiosity, resilience, and creative energy.

is a dance artist based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal originally from Quebec City. Coming from an urban dance background, she furthered her practice through a bachelor's degree in dance at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she distinguished herself by receiving the William Douglas Award. She works as a performer with the companies Parts+Labour and Le Carré des Lombes, and also collaborates with choreographer Andrew Turner. Nourished by her artistic encounters and by the dialogue between different approaches to movement, Lou-Anne Rousseau explores the tensions between community and individuality, abstraction and reality, intuition and thought. Her practice is rooted in a desire to share, where the body becomes a space of research capable of generating resonance, questioning, and collective impulses.

first developed in hip hop dance. In 2014, Satinée graduated from the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal (EDCM). She has danced for Destins Croisés and has collaborated, among others, with choreographers Nico Archambault, Andrew Skeels, Sébastien Provencher, Wynn Holmes, Anne Plamondon, Dana Gingras, Jacques Poulin-Denis, Lauri-ann Lauzon, Andrea Peña, and Parts+Labour. She joined the Marie Chouinard company from 2019 to 2024. Working within both the contemporary stage world and the commercial industry, Satinée seeks plurality and diversity in her artistic practice.
